Today wake up at 7am so tired and went back to sleep and wake up again at 7.25.force myself to wake up de.then rush to school and reach at about 8.06.i the only late one :x we did drills again but today we did more on medicine ball.i like renxuan's programme.The seniors taught us a programme using medicine ball too call isometric.lols.i partner Jacin.Whye Hin very bad keep bullying adrian and throw the medicine ball at him.Then later everyone gang up and throw at Azhar.LOL.that ***** damn asshole go throw at me and hit my arm.pain one de lor ): then after training waited so long for siva to come out cause he want talk to us.he give us the training dates too.then as i was about to walk away that shermaine spilled milo on my leg.argh!
